Hello, ladies and gentleman.
I am Kang Kyung Sung, the Director General for Materials and Components Industries at Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. Congratulations to the successful hosting of the <KOSFB & KOCHIF-International Conference & Fashion Exhibition>. I would like to express my support and gratitude to ‘The Korean Society of Fashion Business’ and ‘The Korea and China Association of Fashion Industry-Academy’ for their constant efforts and passion for the development of the fashion industry.
This year's International Conference & International Fashion Exhibition with fashion designers and academia from 9 countries, are expected to present the beauty of Asia through designs that represent the value of cultural background under the theme of ‘The Creative Asia’. Fashion is not only the mirror that best reflective way of the culture from each country, it is also the most accessible gates to different cultures. Asian countries with various thoughts and life-styles will be able to enhance partnership with seeking future-oriented cooperation that is based on fashion.
The era of the 4th industrial revolution, which is proceeding at a fast pace, is approaching the crisis and opportunity of the fashion industry. I believe the fashion industry has unlimited potential to lead the 4th industrial revolution era by merging with advanced technology such as ICT, Big Data and Al. To make this possibility as real, Asian fashion industry achieve international competitiveness through openness and continuous innovation based on cultural tradition of each country and superior technology.
I expect this event becomes an alternative to the global fashion cooperation platform, leading the global fashion industry by a higher level of integration and linkage among Asian countries. Moreover, I hope that this event is becoming a venue for industry knowledge and research, providing an opportunity for the fashion industry to grow even further.
Yet again, I would like to express appreciation and congratulation to all the participants of this exhibition, including the members of ‘The Korean Society of Fashion Business’ and ‘The Korea and China Association of Fashion Industry-Academy’ for bringing success of 2019 KOSFB & KOCHIF-International Conference & Fashion Exhibition in Mongolian National University of Arts and Culture. Thank you!

I sincerely congratulate the Korea & China Association of Fashion Industry-Academy and the Korean Society of Fashion Business for holding the 2019 International Costume Exhibition with Mongolian National University of Arts and Culture.
The Korea & China Association of Fashion Industry-Academy, which has started as an academic conference in 1997, has grown into a representative organization that carries out fashion exchanges between Korea and China based on its network with leading universities and fashion companies in Asia. The International Costume Exhibition has already celebrated the 13th event this year and it will be a venue for more diverse and abundant cultural exchanges by visiting Mongolian State University of Arts and Culture with the Korean Society of Fashion Business.
It is very difficult to sustain cultural exchange for a long time on a private level, but it is very culturally valuable. I applaud and appreciate the members of the Korea & China Association of Fashion Industry-Academy, who have been leading the Asian fashion culture exchange with their firm vision in the various external circumstances. Fashion is the cultural art that is closest to human life and a medium that makes our lives richer and more beautiful. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will provide full support with the same mind as members of the Korea & China Association of Fashion Industry-Academy.
I hope all of you who have visited this event from various Asian countries including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Russia, Uzbekistan and Pakistan is greatly inspired by the future of the fashion industry designed by Korea and Mongolia together. Thank you very much.

Hello, ladies and gentlemen! I'am Jun Seok Han, the Chairman of the Korea Fashion Industry Association. I would like to express my sincere congratulations to the successful hosting of the ‘2019 KOSFB & KOCHIF-International Conference & Fashion Exhibition in Mongolian National University of Arts and Culture’ which is co-hosted by The Korean Society of Fashion Business and The Korea and China Association of Fashion Industry-Academy with participants from 9 different countries.
I think fashion industry is a higher value-added business adopting advanced countries’ business models which will develop further as the quality of people’s life is improved, based on artistry, creativity, and practicality, and also a field that is optimized for comprehensive industrialization of various cultural and artistic elements.
Today, as the fashion industry’s business paradigm shifts to the digital ecosystem, the fashion business is also seeing a strong flow of innovation.
It is very meaningful that, the representatives of fashion industry and academies in Asia gathered in one place to compare the developments of national fashion field, host various conferences and exhibitions about fashion design items, textile, and beauty items, and to study the Asia’s fashion paradigm and make efforts to seek future-oriented development together.
I hope that in the future, under the leadership of the Korean Society of Fashion Business and The Korea and China Association of Fashion Industry-Academy, industry and fashion experts around the world meet regularly to establish a more active cooperative system to lead the digital era, and at the same time, play a pioneering role in Asian fashion by fostering global talents and academic exchanges.
Lastly, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to all the authority and staff including members of the Korean Society of Fashion Business and The Korea and China Association of Fashion Industry-Academy. Thank you.

I consider that one of the most valuable consequences of this event is the scientific conference by researchers and specialists from different fields of Fashion. Also conference based exhibition is highly valuable in terms of theory and practice. As an academic institution this event will be very efficient to have a mutual understanding and to picture the past, present and the future of the fashion industry. Even for our teachers, students and experts it will be a great opportunity to get acquainted with new trends in the field of fashion.
Therefore, I would like to extend my gratitude to the initiators and executers who have participated in different parts of this event. I wish all the success and progress.

It is a privilege for us to have the Conference and Invited Fashion Exhibition 2019 of the Korea and China Association of Fashion Industry-Academy at our university.
On behalf of our professors and students of the school of Fine Arts and Design of MNUAC, I would like to extend my warmest welcome to all of our honored guests.
If something general should be found in human ideology than the only guarantee of human future will be arts and aesthetics, which may exist only in human beings. Therefore, in the universe of human spirit aesthetic is considered as the first priority. Our ancestors have enriched our national and ethnic cultural heritages by their creations and artworks throughout the centuries. Thus, the contribution of the Mongolians on the human cultural heritage is enormous.
In this context, the nature, animals, and the great history of our country with its people and also the common values of humanity may bring new ideas on your artworks.
And may the everlasting light and illumination of talent will be with you.

I'm very pleased to extend my sincere greetings to all the participants of the International Joint Exhibition and Scientific Conference of Designers, Artists and Scientists “Creative Asia” and the Co-Organizers of these events: The Korean Society of Fashion Business, The Korea & China Association of Fashion Industry-Academy, the graduates and students of the School of Fine Arts and Design of MNUAC and those who gave us great supports.
The main purpose of these events is to provide international fashion designers and researchers with opportunities of collaborating and exchanging their experience by introducing them to each other with their work as well as to set the fundamentals of research on fashion design and its criticism in Mongolia. I would like to emphasize that these events are absolutely well-timed because the research papers which will be presented in this conference involve the issues such as current fashion design study, the trend of further fashion design development, the new stage of industrial development, and the business and marketing of designing.
I truly believe that it will be a great contribution to further fashion research, industrial development and even to the sustainable development of Mongolia by assembling international specialists of the field which is supposed as a big part of global market, and providing them with opportunities to exchange their knowledge and experience, and to collaborate in order to do research and to make art works.
My heartfelt thanks goes out to the Korean Society of Fashion Business, the Korea and China Association of Fashion Industry-Academy, the participants from China, Hong Kong, Russia, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Korea and Mongolia, and to all of those who gave hands to organize these events.
I undoubtedly trust that our collaboration will be flourished, and the research and criticism of Mongolian fashion design will be developed more and more in the future.
